The Game: The mysterious Mr. X has been murdered! You have a pretty good idea when— after all, the body is still warm—but as a team of top detectives, you have to piece together the rest of the puzzle. Who is the murderer? Precisely where did this horrible crime take place? What weapon did the killer choose?

Clue, the classic board game we all grew up with, takes on a whole new dimension in this hilarious and intriguing live adaptation. Get ready for a rollicking adventure as teams cover ten city blocks in search of all-important clues. You'll uncover them in unlikely places like newspapers, answering machines, footprints, and more.

All the while, six costumed CharActors will be roaming the hunt area. Each can provide your team with vital information, but only in the form of one-line responses. Only by combining and comparing their cryptic statements will you be able to sleuth out the truth and identify the guilty party.

Your team will have to work together to succeed, but you'll also have to cooperate with competing teams to identify the murder weapon. And the competition isn't over yet: each team still has to crack a coded message, following its instructions to a final destination. The first team to complete this final phase wins, basking in the glory that comes with solving a tough case. Clue: Live! always goes over well, even more so because we can easily tailor the event to fit your human development objectives, the location, company culture, etc. If fostering teamwork and boosting morale are high on your to-do list, this is a great place to start.

Training Module or De-Brief: This event makes a great teaching tool. We can easily customize it by incorporating company info, product info, conference themes, and other educational topics into your program. An optional debrief, led by a trained facilitator, highlights team strengths, and underscores the benefits of working together.

Minimum/Maximum Group Size: 3–6 people per team, anywhere from 2–22 teams work well.

Program Length: Approximately two hours, depending on the size of your group and your time requirements. Plan on an additional 30 minutes for the optional debrief.

Space Requirements: An urban area spanning 10 city blocks.
